Service Description

A 1:1, 60-minute vocal-somatic journey to unwind from the thing weighing on you the most. Your voice is the original biofeedback — before words even form, it already knows what's true. In this session, we bring presence to whatever's alive in your field, and let your voice lead the way back to rest. I'm not hyper-specific to one theme. Whatever you're carrying — a deeper trauma you're ready to process, a pattern you can't quite name yet, or simply the exhaustion of a season — I'll meet it. I won't push or force anything inside your system that isn't ready. This is a come-as-you-are space. This can be used for: - Co-regulation — a call-and-response rhythm between us, so your nervous system has somewhere safe to land - Bio-feedback — letting the sound and shape of your own voice show you what your body already knows - Deeper trauma integration — for what's ready to be witnessed and moved, at the pace your body sets This session is a spiritual and somatic offering, not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you're navigating acute crisis or need clinical trauma support, please also work with a licensed professional — I'm honored to hold space alongside that care, not instead of it. Some of the themes I'm most drawn to holding space for — though never limited to: - Over-functioning, and the exhaustion of a pace that was never yours - The felt sense of being behind, even when you've done enough - Patterns of earning love or proving your worth before you'll let yourself receive it - God-wounds — tender places where the Father's love felt conditional, distant, or absent — softened through the mothering, receptive face of God present in Mary and in the Sacred Heart This is a session held in devotion — quiet, contemplative, unhurried. Not a technique to master. A place to be met.
