Through NChanted Life, I support women who are seeking a different perspective in life - from relationships and life transitions to navigating their spiritual life.

 

Despite years of navigating high demand jobs within Veterinary Medicine (as a receptionist) to Cybersecurity with autoimmune disease, I've maintained a purity and innocence as a feminine (not feminist) woman.

I am devoted to the Well Woman in all of us - the woman who needs to feel seen, heard, and worthy and receives it through the Sacred Heart of Christ. This woman is truly radiant and has so much joy, peace, and beauty to share with the world. My desire is to meet her at the well, where women of old used to gather in communio, and SEE her for who she really is at her core - Beloved, Worthy, and Precious.

From there, we ignite the true Well Woman in her - a woman who is well inside and out because she has Love fueling and refining her.

Rooted in Christ-centered devotion and the wisdom of the body, my work integrates somatic restoration, emotional intelligence coaching, and some traditional Chinese medicine theory. I blend these modalities, born from years of dedicated self-education in healing arts, psychology, and theology, to guide women into deeper union with God, with themselves, and with life itself, because all of life is a relationship.

 

I help you live with strength and stewardship (without sacrificing your softness), give from overflow, relate with all of life, and be in harmony with your true feminine essence, as God designed you.

Because when your being is anchored in softness, and your spirit is positioned with devotion, you don't chase fulfillment. You embody radiance.
