Reclaiming Rhythm Integration Call

Service Description

The workshop may have opened something up that is asking for support. There may have been some things you didn't necessarily want to share in the group setting. That's what this is for. This call allows that to happen in a safe, 1:1 environment. In Reclaiming Rhythm, you went into your body to get in tune with your pace, whether it's been authentic, and where you might be living in a pace that's not yours. If you didn't get to meet this part of yourself during that call, that's okay! Sometimes we need more time, more grounding, more safety be open to that part. What's come up doesn't need more insight or information. It needs to be witnessed and worked with. We'll walk through what came up for you - what felt true, what felt uncomfortable, and what you're not sure what to do with yet. Together, we'll look at what it would actually take to keep living from this rhythm instead of slipping back into old patterns the moment life gets busy again. This conversation isn't merely talking about it (but it can be, if that's what you need). We get to continue with a 1:1 vocal-somatic integration because this deserves to settle into your body fully, and sometimes you need to be held through that processing. In loving support, Nino
